What is RECYCLER\S 1.5.21

Hi everyone, I have another problem and I would welcome some advice please.
When I ran Kaspersky anti-virus it came up with this 'RECYCLER\S 1.5.21.' It says it's a Trojan but I can't remove it. I've checked the Net before troubling you and it indeed seems to be one. Any ideas what to do to remove it? As before (thanks for the help that time), I will add that I truly am a computer idiot. Thanks in advance- Les
