What is this about?? Strange !!

AFter being away for awhile, I went to do all my updates... and when I went to update my spybot... I got this message next to all updates available.... !!! Bad checksum!

What is that, and how can I fix it?

"Bad checksum" indicates that the download did not complete properly (the MD5 hash value did not match what was expected). See:
