What firewall do you reccomend? I thought Panda was one.
I only have one more question. (maybe 3or4)Why does my laptop run so slowly? Can someone like me clean it up without taking it to a tech? I use Spybot, should I use anything else?

As I said if Panda has one you won't need to get another one. If it hasn't then try one behind the link I gave you.
