Where can I find the download file on my PC?

I downloaded spybot a couple of days ago but decided not to install it at that time. A little silly in hindsight.

Has anyone got any ideas where I can locate & run/install it?

Have Vista 32bit & its not in programme files.
 
Nobody can tell you where you downloaded it to since downloads don't have a default location. Do a search for spybotsd15.exe.
