where can i post a log of adware alert?

I did a free scan with adware alert and it shows that i have trojans and some other stuff. I am not good with computers so just don't know what to do. please help me!!!!!

Please follow the procedure in the following link, which includes running a Spybot-Search & Destroy scan:
"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum posting only the logs requested.

I just ran a scan with spybot sd and it said that the adware alert was a problem so now I'm really confused.

I'd suggest following the instructions in the link I provided to produce a HJT log, and post it in the Malware removal forum so that a helper can make an analysis and advise you.
