where is the whitelisting function

rc1 announce a better whitelisting function. but i cannot find it into the program. where is it n how can i start it
 
no answer?

no answere, where the whitelisting function is into r1? does noone (not even the spybot stuff, who should monitor this forum) knew it or is the function not there?
