Where on immunization page do I turn off S&D warning?

Just installed 1.5.1 after using 1.4 for year or two and get these boxes popping up. I searched the FAQs and forums but perhaps this is so simple I'm missing something fundamental.

Where on earth on the immunization page do I turn off the S&D warning it refers to?

I found a "Turn off resident" in the Resident part of Tools, but this turns off S&D resident altogether. I just want to disable the messages.

Go into Internet Explorer > Tools > select "Spybot – Search Destroy Configuration" > then in the "Spybot-S&D - Configuration" window in the "Settings" tab under "When encountering bad things" select "Block all pages silently".

It's not exactly on the "S&D Immunization page", perhaps the Spybot team can FAQ this (or change the error message).

That screenshot doesn't look like version 1.5 though! In 1.5, it should look like this:

I installed 1.5.1. on top of 1.4. Maybe it didn't overwrite the old one?

Hmmmm ... might be time for a new install!

SpyBot SD Helper - updated in 1.5

Spybot S&D Staff:

Please update the FAQ and Help functions of version 1.5. Help screen for SD Helper specifically points to a "drop-down menu" on the Immunize screen. This is wrong.

SD Helper options are now an IE add-in which can only be found in Internet Explorer under Tools, Spybot Search Destroy Configuration.
