could you reword your problem?
do u mean that the latest spybot version that you have cannot connect to the update servers correctly? It cannot update? if so, make sure your firewall is configured to allow spybot to connect. I also have seen some instances with a router firewall blocking spybot from updating. make sure they are allowing spybot access. I hope that answers your question/hope that was the question u were asking.

If you have a firewall the updates in Spybot 1.5 are done using SDUpdate.exe not SpybotSD.exe as in the past. Therefore SDUpdate.exe must be authorized to access the internet through your firewall.
