Wierd Message on Startup of Spybot

When I start Spybot 1.4 a message box pops up saying "Application faailed to start because framedyn.dll not found" After clicking the messafe off, Spybot continues its startup normally and runs fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Spybot but problem remailns.
