Hi, there.

Spybot tells me I have 2 troyans on my PC called Win32.Delf.uc.
I destroy them using Spybot but when I reboot my PC and I make a new search they appear again.

Mi PC is running very slowly.

Can anyone help me?

Please see the forum FAQ which also includes instructions on posting a preliminary DDS log: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start a new topic, copy paste the DDS log into it and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
