Win32:Dialer-520

Can somebody tell me some information or how to remove Win32ialer-520 from my computer?

My OS:
Windows 98 SE

Antiviruses:
Avast!4.7 Home Edition
BitDefender 8 Free Edition

AntiSpyware:
Spybot:S & D
Ad-Aware 6 SE
A-squared

Avast! Problem

This is the error message I get after the memory check finishes.

Also when I start a problem prompts in Ms-Dos mode saying that a file is missing(SHLDDRV.VXD)

And anothr problem is that i can;t download Java things from the website.
