win7 ultimate leftovers problem?

dear brothers,


on my start page ı have winamp and nero micro leftovers to be deleted but no way!ı also tried hijackthis,malwarebytes,ccleaner,start page cleaner 1.9.1 ,regedit but no results!
what should ı do?pls advise.......
