WinAntivirus and Winfix PopUps

I've recently installed and run Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition and also run Spybot Search & Destroy. However, I can't get rid of popups from WinAntivirus and Winfix. For some reason the Ad-Aware and Spybot aren't detecting or fixing the issue. What else can I do??? Thanks.
