Windows 10 Insider Preview and Spybot 2.5

I seem to be having issues with Windows 10 Home Insider Test version 10586.

Spybot 2.5 free edition installs and operates correctly until I reboot pc.

Settings menu/icon will not open.

Then they tray icon says AS:off (which I had ON previously).

And it says the update service has stopped which I have to re-enable manually using admin privileges . I am the only user of this pc and I run it with full admin privileges so....obviously something isnt right.

Ive just been reinstalling SB whenever I reboot. Which is a tedious.

Im sure its Microsoft doing it (Not Spybot fault) but I cant seem to find what or how to keep it from happening.

Update

Had a small Insider Preview update.

All issues seem to be resolved except I still cannot open SB 2.5 settings menu.
