windows 10 update (build 10576) has removed spybot search and destroy

sorry for uggly english (not my native language)
i have a problem,in fact since the last update of windows 10 insider build (10576). windows 10 has uninstalled spybot, because for them spybot is a fake antimalware software.
(on microsoft website they give others software who cost lot of money).

i can't reinstall spybot a windows 10 message say that software is dangerous for computer.

i hate windows 10 i think the user should is alone to decide what need to install or uninstall.

if someone can give me a solution
