Windows 2000 crashed after running Spybot

Good Morning

last night I ran Spybot and 22 problems were found and fixed.

However on reboot, Windows 2000 will not load and keeps reverting to the login prompt.

I did take a backup of the registry before running the scan. How do I restore this?
