Windows command 32 problem

Hi,

I am not sure if this isthe right section to post this question so forgive me if it is not.

I ran spybot on my new (donated) computer. It cleared things including something called windowscommand32 com and also exe.

Now upon startup there is a black box that pops up and disappears several time. It has that line at the top of the box i.e. windowscommand32

I do not have the cd for windows xp so I cannot use the repair feature.

Is there a place I can download what is needed for my XP operating system???
