I don't think you mean MS Windows Defender but rather one of the many rogue ones out there. Are you having any signs of malware? See this link about generating and posting a HJT log in the malware removal forum:

Spybot should already detect at least a part of it. I've sent this Rogue on 1st of October to TeamSpybot, see here.

But now, an analyst will help you to clean your computer.
