Winiguard... can't seem to remove it...

I did a search on this malware called Winiguard here,but came up with just a post with a warning about reading how to post.. yadda yadda..

I have Winiguard incrusted in my machine.

Would someone help me get rid of it please? O have no time to read through infinite rules and forum guidelines. If this post is in the wrong place, im sorry, if is it.. please help.

How unfortunate, if you did then you would know which logs you need to post to receive help.
