WinReanimator!!

Infected with WinReanimator. I have SpyBot SD and HijackThis, but neither program will open, so I can't post a log.

Are there any downloads that to fix this? And will they open? Is there manual removal?

Any help is greatly, greatly appreciated.

Try to rename HijackThis and let me know if it works now
