wmsncs in autostart comes always back

Hallo,
there is a registry entry in the run folder (startup) (to start wmsncs.exe) that shoud be blocked. It comes always back again and again.
The exe-file is killed by spybot, thank god, thank spybot.

But how to remove it from the Startup List
I Have W2k

NvidMediaCenter -- C:\Programme\Gemeinsame Dateien\System\wmsncs.exe
Also
wmsncs -- N/A
