About 2 months ago my World of Warcraft and Hotmail email accounts were compromised, and stripped of anything of value.

This is when I downloaded Spyboy S&D and Norton 360.

I've been running checks regularly and assumed I was in the clear but sure enough as soon as my WoW Account was back on track and rich with in-game currency, it was taken over again.

Why is Spybot / Norton not picking up on this obvious keylogger I have on my system, and what program is recommended to find it and get rid of it?

Someone could take a look at the system to perform an analysis.
