I have xDaemon.exe running. I have run Spybot, Regcure and Avast

Cant get rid of it.

Is it a Trojan or Not??

Please see this FAQ, "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

If the system is showing signs of being infected start a new thread, copy paste the HJT log into it and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
