After installing QQ video msngr program I suddenly have no access to Internet Options (flag says I have no right to access) when I want to change ActiveX access.
When I try to transfer any data through any removable media I get lots of Chinese files and media says it is full and nothing else. I can't open any of these files either. HELP.
Just starting to find Security help forums are hard to access.

Oh everyone is home alright, and swamped with victims of malware...... volunteers helping people.

This being a malware removal forum, information from the user is at a premium.

You did not say if you could produce a log after reading this: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) or ask for advice if you couldn't.
