Hi Kevin, I am glad you were able to resolve your issues and Vundofix is a great tool. Often the tool can not clean all of the infection and I would be glad to check another HJT log for you to make sure the infection is gone if you wish.

C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_03\ <<< the Java program you are running is VERY old and likely the reason you got infected. I would suggest you download the newest version and uninstall all old versions in Add Remove Programs.
