Zlob Activex Video Object

God old Spybot picked up the above trojan during a recent scan.:bigthumb: and subsequently "fixed the problem" OK. :

However it re-apeared after my next boot up, so it seems this piece of filth re-invents itself after closing the computer down.

If so, how do I preform a complete removal from my system please :sad:
