Zlob stops scan and i cant remove it

pretty new here as I have never had problems with the software and have been using it for many years.

anyone please? Did I do something wrong? do I need to post more info?

I have Mmultiple sclerosis and am legally blind so I could have easily missed something, I did read the read this first thread.

Step 1

  1. Please download the latest copy of HijackThis from Trend Micro and save it to your desktop.
  2. Double click on HJTInstall.exe to install it. Once installed, it will start automatically. If it doesn't, please double click on the HijackThis shortcut created on your desktop to run it.
  3. Click on Do a system scan and save a logfile. Notepad will open once the scanning is done. Please post back this log in your next reply.
Don't close HijackThis yet.

Step 2

  1. Click on the Config... button at the bottom right hand corner.
  2. At the top, click on the Misc Tools button.
  3. Look under System tools.
  4. Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
  5. Click on the Save list... button.
  6. It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
  7. Notepad will open. Please post this list in your next reply.

In your next reply, please post:

  1. The HijackThis log
  2. The Uninstall list

phughes, you have an outdated version of Spybot-S&D, please update to version 1.4.

We are headed towards version 1.5 which is in the pre-release stage:

Upgrading to Spybot-S&D version 1.4 unless OS is Windows 95
