Win32/Autorun.IRCBot.FL worm

Hello.

I am Infected with Win32/Autorun.IRCBot.FL worm. The Windows - No Disk error message is: "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c.
Please help.
It is very, very annoying.

Good morning.

Something important: this morning at start-up, no problem; the problem appears when I have plugged my USB storage device into computer. Exactly the same thing was heppened yesterday when for the first time I get this infection.
