Hello. I had these malware results in spybot.
I read this post http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=12168 and did this SDFix process. Indeed it removed all scvhost entries in msconfig and spybot doesnot find it anymore so I am clean. I just wanna ask you if I had to do the suggestion you made there (post 2007-03-15, 19:54).
I wanna thank you pskelly for helping me out with this. I post you the SDFix report and a hjt so you can check em and see if tehre is anything left.
Thank you again

Welcome to the forum, first...you are welcome but understand that fix was for that infection, even though you removed junk with the SDFix, it is best to let us have a look, I did create that fix for that computer.
Let me give you some information I believe is important to you.

1) You have a nasty dialer, I would check with your phone company.
O16 - DPF: {511F9316-771B-4953-A268-1C36DA667FE9} - http://ip.sponsoradulto.com/cab/3/en...TelecomInt.cab
http://labs.paretologic.com/spyware.aspx?remove=Dialer.Sponsoradulto.BHO

2) The items you first complained about would have been part of the Smitfraud infection and the SDFix has nothing to do with fixing that infection. I believe we should have a look, since much of the infection is hidden.

3) SDFix is created to remove backdoor trojans of the type that severely damage your security and often collect passwords and information. I would take all precautions, change all passwords, check any online banking, etc. that you do and notify them all of this breach in your security to be safe. I will post this information if it helps:
How Do I Handle Possible Identify Theft, Internet Fraud and CC Fraud?
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10451

4) It appears you are formating the information, in Notepad under Format, uncheck "Word Wrap"

I am posting instructions to check for Smitfraud and while I normally do not run HJT until after Smitfraudfix, I will run it now to get that dialer off your computer.

5) http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php <<< download Smitfraudfix from there and follow ONLY these directions:

Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
http://www.beyondlogic.org/consulting/processutil/processutil.htm

6) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

7) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName = S??d?se??
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {208E7E77-507A-4649-B0C9-D39E9049C7A2} - (no file)
O16 - DPF: {511F9316-771B-4953-A268-1C36DA667FE9} - http://ip.sponsoradulto.com/cab/3/en...TelecomInt.cab
O16 - DPF: {DF780F87-FF2B-4DF8-92D0-73DB16A1543A} (PopCapLoader Object) - http://zone.msn.com/bingame/dim2/def...ploader_v6.cab

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

8) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post the C:\report.txt from Smitfraudfix and a new HJT log. Add any comments you think will help.

Thanks

For your information: Your Java program is out of date and a security risk, see this information: http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=12880&postcount=2
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_06\ <<< download the newest version and uninstall all old versions in Add Remove programs.
