I need help with this HiJack This log...

Hello I need some assistance with this log. The pc that I am fixing is running super sluggish, I ran a few programs (Spybot, LavaSoft, Panda, and Norton) all of them said there was a few issues (WinAntiSpyware, and a couple of others) so I ran VundoFix and there was no issues. So I ran LavaSoft again and it found 50 issues cleared the issues, then rebooted and ran it again and now there is only 2. I ran HiJack This and rid of the (File Missing) entries. This is what I have left and I was wondering if someone can tell me if there is sometyhing else that I have to rid of. Thank you for your help!!!

C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2\ <<< badly out of date, download the newest version and uninstall all old version in Add Remove programs.
If you have a Vundo infection you will know it, many popups directing you to Winfixer or other rouge spyware programs.
C:\Program Files\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe <<< rename HJT to geek_tyme. exe or whatever you wish. The next HJT log will show Vundo if it is present.

1) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.

2) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune

Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

3) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

4) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\WINDOWS\morphstb.exe <<< delete that file

5) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log, add any comments you think will help.
