completed your steps Corrine hope all will stay well, I can't figure out how to give you the logs you requested. I tried adding them to this and was told message to long.

Panada finds spyware but will not remove. did not see box to check off auto clean according to your instructions.

If you can't post them all in one post, split them into two posts...

I believe the auto-clean box has been removed.

1. Click scan your PC

2. Click check now on the pop-up

3. fill in your details and click scan now

4. Accept the security warning about ActiveX by clicking yes

5. there will now be a download of about 8 MB which includes a definitions database... this will take several minutes - please be patient...

6. scan my computer

7. click see report & then save report

8. post the report to your thread.
