Not really sure this was Spybot but please check it out.
Yesterday trying to access a Limited Account in my PC (Windows XP SP2) got a message that Windows could not open the stored profile for the account. It added that either did not have enough privileges or the profile was corrupt. Because I had a few day old backup image I did not worry in finding out the reasons and installed that image. Checked the Limited Account and worked well.
After that, I updated a few programs I have also updated after the last image was created, including Spybot's this week definitions. The corrupted profile reappeared. Went back to the previous backup image and updated (one by one) these few programs excepting Spybot's definitions. The account is fine. There were 2 or 3 anti-rootkit tools in this week's definitions. Please have a look. Thanks.
Again, not sure Spybot was the cause.
