Computer hangs up every two hours

I have antivirus (McAfee) software installed and running as well as running SpyBot + Tea Timer but every two hours the computer starts to run real slow and I eventually loose access to the Internet and I have to reboot. It runs OK but then the same problem occurs again after two hours.. I have cleaned up a number of problems but so far I have been unable to clean up the computer.

I included a copy of the HijackThis log below.

I would really appreciate any help.

Thanks for your patience, if your still in need of assistance and are not
recieving it at another forum post another log after fixing its location.
Your running Hijackthis from a temp and it still hasnt been unzipped, neither is a good idea.
Create a new folder, for instance C:\AntiSpyware
Download the exe from here to that new folder.
http://www.merijn.org/files/HijackThis.exe
This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong

Post a fresh hijackthis log please.
