And by posting here, your question and data is stored on our servers and not automatically shared with a whole social media network.

    We'll also start using the forum for small bits of information, announcements and more again.

I've tried various things to remove Incredibar -- but it seems to be associated with a Firefox extension and despite SB finding it, and saying it's removed it, that's not happening.

Any suggestions?

Using Windows netbook 1Gb RAM, Win 7. latest version of Ff (15.0.1)

In case you missed it please see the FAQ which includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS/aswMBR logs used for analysis.

Then you'd need to start a new topic providing the logs requested so a volunteer analyst can advise when available. :)
