I realize that there is a history of lots of spoof and phishing efforts going on related to PayPal. However, when signing up yesterday for a business account SpyBot kept issuing the attached warning.
I would think that SpyBot, after all this time, could and would recognize the difference between a clearly genuine URL vs. something else?
