i've got some malware i cant get rid of.

i was trying to get a prog for photo viewing from limewire and BANG!! they got me. i followed a link i think was from microsoft and was told to turn off my system restore,go into safe mode,and run called fix vundo. i did and it didn't so here i am.:sad: where do i go from here?
