When updating I get a option to download "F/P fixes", what are these? I attached an image of the update box.

Hello. I just received the same update as you today on the 8th. I'll assume that it'll be some tweak or correction to a bug.

I believe the F/P is short for False Positive. False Positives are usually where a URL or site is being incorrectly identified as one to be restricted.
