Trojan.Downloader.JS.Agent.OX!!

It would be helpful if you gave more details. ;) Which program detected it?

Open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About and let us know the version you have please.

Do you have an up to date anti virus program running?

i used bitdeffender online scan to detect it and it clear for me...can spybot treat as a firewall to make my comp uninfrected by those trojan and spyway..

I am not sure what you mean, Spybot-S&D is not a firewall. :)
