TeaTimer option deactivated

I've been working with a machine crawling with malware. Now anytime TeaTimer pops up with a warning, the "Deny Change" button is deactivated. Any Thoughts? I can't close the window and I sure don't want to "Allow change" as I am positive its something malicious...

The operating system and security programs installed, what steps you have taken to scan/remove any infection.

Is this your PC or a client's and is it networked.
