AdAware slowing computer down?

Hi. I did a forum search on the S&D site, looking to see if anyone else finds that after installing Lavasofts AdAware, their computer slows right down. I know that AdAware sometimes complains about backup files in S&D. Ever since installing AdAware, the Computer has been extremely slow and sticky. I was wondering if this could be another way in which incompatibility shows up between S&D, and AdAware.

Welcome to the forums.
As far as I know there are no incompatibilities with Spybot and AdAware. I was a bit curious on why you had two a-Squared products on your machine. Either you use one or the other. Is MBAM the Pro version or the free version?
