Spybot S&D - Administrator problems

Hi guys!
I have a virus Virtob.Win.:sad: :sad:
I downloaded the Spybot and i had scaned my pc and Spybot had identify the virus and some adwares.:bigthumb:

The problem is that Spybot can not fix because i supose not be the Administrator.:sad:
In my pc exist just 2 Profile, Administrator and Guest, and after the first time that i have scan and got the alarm; Guest profile was turn off. I have alredy restart the pc 2 times, and again the pc i have scaned with the Administrator profile and still, become the alarm that spybot can not fix the pc because i am not the administrator.

What i can do?
can somebody help me?

Do you mean that because the virus, Spybot can not fix the problem?

Hello Montse77,

If there is a possibility the computer has been compromised by a file infector someone should check the system.

Please follow instructions in the links Tom.K provided.
