junkcleaner.exe corrupted?

There are various reasons files become corrupted, for instance after a crash.

Go to Add/Remove Programs, highlight the program and click "remove". Normally you would be asked to verify if you want to remove it and you can click cancel, but sometimes there is an option to "repair" the application.

If not you may need to re-install.
