spybot host log entries

Looking in my host files I noticed spybot has logged a multitute of sites I visited. All starting 127.0.0.1 ....etc...com
Can I clear these? And how do I prevent spybot from maintaining logs of my searches?
Any help in this matter will be deeply appreciated.

127.0.0.1 is your localhost which can be used to direct the computer to send a packet to itself.

Please see this link which helps explain how a HOSTS file works.
