SD2 beta 3 Interface needs some changes

I have used SD 2 beta 3 yesterday I feel lots of bugs has been solved, but you need some change in interface.
1) Remove those unnecessary scroll bars and separators they are making interface cluttered.
2)Allow interface to maximize, maximize button is disabled.
3)Change tray icon and shortcut icon to shield shape icon with some glassy effects, come on SD team I have used almost all security softwares. Now don't you want this software to look like professional software rather than school project.
4)make an option to hide tips panel it destroys looks of SD.
Since this software has lots of potential n its mine favorite I want to contribute
i am with you n thank you for providing this little gem good work SD team keep it up.:bigthumb:

Thank you very much for providing feedback towards our Spybot 2.0. Beta.

We will see what we can do. ;)

About point 4 that option is already available.
Open the Start Center, then switch to the Advanced User Mode.
Then click on Change Settings.
Choose the tab Dialogs.
There you can make the wanted changes.

when SD 2 beta is real time guard is scanning something it is showing progress bar it is annoying if instead of progress bar tray icon get animated it would be great.
 
Yes, the real time scan shows a progress bar and it is so slow..
10 sec time for every file i open is too much.

Even that they are nice... There's copyright issue, as icons as content can't be used for business/commercial use, and that includes Corporate license in SD 2.0 Beta... (or I've been mistaken)...
 
Again I am asking you to change interface to 2 layer.
layer should contains
-scan
*quick scan
*full system scan
*custom scan
*rootkit scan
-real time guard
*web protection
*file access guard
*immunization
-settings
*put all those settings under it
-scheduler
*scan
*update
-update
you can put scan summery on right

and scan progress on middle of interface

under it you can keep three buttons
1)abort scan 2)pause scan 3)continue scan
under these you can put lists of objects found
under it fix selected or fix all button.
I hope it will help you guys a lot.:rockon:

Hi,

It would be nice a progress bar in the Rootkit Scan Screen.

There is only an information about the time left. But there is more than 4 minutes telling me Finished Scanning registry in: 00:12:21, so is not very accurate this countdown.
