had it with windows Vista Ran Spybot in safe mode got rid of 7 entries. rebooted in safe mode with spybot running and it got rid of the last 3
Also try Advanced system care 5 for cleaning up registry and other cool tools

However to clarify for other users: Registry Cleaners, not recommended
