As Intended: Jdownloader spyware?

Jdownloader is marked by Spybot now as malware. Has something changed because Jdownloader is not a new program and was never flagged by Spybot before.
 
I never installed JDownloader portable but still get this message. Maybe the real problem isn't JDownloader itself but an online installer which installs adware/spyware together with JDownloader. There are some complaints also in the JDownloader forum.

That is exactly the reason. Additionally the JDownloader site links to fraudulent downloads, for instance an illegal adware bundle for 7zip.
