Huge problem since updating my paid-for cover

A couple of weeks ago, I paid for this years cover, and updated my version.
Ever since then, I've had a huge problem.
To start with M.S Office lost it's key and stopped working.
The rest of the machine is also very 'glitchy', with things running very slow, stopping, crashing etc.
I now get a message saying WINDOWS NEEDS ACTIVATING. I tried to activate it today, and am annoyed that it also says I can't activate it because the licence, or key isn't recognised.
Obviously both of these were bought & paid for programmes.
Just now, I got a pop-up saying that S&D isn't meant for my machine, or has a fault.
I was about to uninstall it, but thought that I'd seek help here first.

Any ideas please ???

I run Win 10 pro 64, and chrome.
It auto-updated about a month ago.

Is this something you've come across before ?

My kit is:
Asus M5A78L-M LX : Phenom IIx2 : 4gb ram : PSU: OCZ 500w : nVidia GT440 : LG IPS234 : HDD: Samsung 1tb + W.D 1tb : Chrome : Win 10 pro (64) + Spybot S&D.

Please open a support ticket and see if they can get to the bottom of this.
