Changing password

I have tried to change my password by re-registering.

When I opted to retain my existing user name I was given the option to enter my email address.

Got a message that password-change info would be sent by email.

No email arrived, despite trying several times on several days.

Not sure if this is useful to you, but there is a lost password section in the FAQ.

It says to check your spam filters and folder if you do not receive the email.

Hello CRAGUSBE,

One cannot re-register to change the password on an existing account, the system will throw errors.

Please do as Zenobia suggested, click on the 'Forgotten Your Password' link and follow the instructions there.
