restore accidentally deleted history

Hi, I accidentally deleted my history from firefox, how can I restore it?

I have restored history, cache, and cookies which I thought would sort it out but there's no sign of the history being restored in Firefox.

Please help

Please clarify, you ask how to restore the history but then say you did restore it?

Also, this is the support forum for Spybot, is there a reason you've posted here about an issue with Firefox? :-)

I understand that this is a support forum for Spybot. It is Spybot that I need help with. I followed the instructions I found to restore items from quarantine, ie history, cookies, and cache, but there is still no sign of the history having been restored to Firefox. I am asking how to restore the history to Firefox after it has been deleted by Spybot since restoring the mentioned items from Quarantine has not done the job.
