HELP! Smitfraud-c.toolbar888 (IE attemp to connnect to 89.188.16.10) SpyBot wont fix

Well I am pretty new to this, so here is a list of issues.

Last night while online I somehow contracted a virus or two, one was called Trojan.Vundo the second was called Infosteal. I noticed weird things happening so I ran Symantec AV2006, it found both of these and repaired/backed up the Infosteal/ and quaranteened TrojanVundo.

Symantec said to turn off System Restore and boot to Safe Mode. Did that and ran the Symantec Trojan.Vundo fix again. It found nothing. Ran NAV2006 in SafeMode and it repaired and backed up Vundo this time. I rebooted to Normal XPsp2 and did a full NAV2006 system scan and It came up clean.
Thought I was safe, shut down and went to sleep.

Cut to this morning, I booted up the computer and IE tried to pop open a page with the url:
http://89.188.16.10/trafc-2/rfe.php?cmp=nm_ff_ron&uid=d1a02284f87011db8b43003048895bfc&nid=ik&guid=00000ed4+78efc5913a8d4b7eb4a516e73b3ae937&url=http:%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Fsearch%3Fq=uemohdir.dll%26ie=utf-8%26oe=utf-8%26aq=t%26rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official%26client=firefox-a&affid=67308&lid=http>

So I ran SpyBot, updated its definitions and did a full scan, it found that I have Smitfraud-c.toolbar888, applied the fix, rebooted, reran SpyBot, Smitfraud had returned. So now I am at a loss and my search for help has led me here to this forum.

I saw that there was a VundoFix v6.3.21, I downloaded that file and it has found 3 infected files:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\fgtswvjy.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mafpcbcf.dll

I dindt know if I should REMOVE these or what so I am writing and waiting in limbo.

I have NOT installed the hijackthis file yet because I have read that it is not for newbies and I dont want to make a mistake and mess up my computer even more.

I ran Panda Software's active scan and this is the log:

This is a first I've seen this pop up on ANY report, not S&D, nor NAV06 or CA-AV online scan had found this one.

Please help?!!!

If you do not know that address, continue to block access until we can kick the hackers off your computer.

Updates on my issues

Hi Phil,

Ok here goes the breakdown. After posting my original post, I ran Spybot in SafeMode and it found the Smitfraud toolbar, I repaired that item and I rebooted into SafeMode.

I ran SpyBot again and it found some other tracking cookie, I fixed that and then rebooted into SafeMode.

I ran SpyBot for a 3rd time and it came up clean. I then ran VundoFix.exe again in SafeMode and if found those same 4 files which I allowed it to clean up this time.

I rebooted to SafeMode and ran both Spybot and VundoFix.exe again and both came up clean.

I rebooted to Normal Mode and ran both again. Both came up clean.

Then I got some help from my techie friend and he had me run HJT and this is the log from that:

I then did all my Windows updates it told me I was missing and rebooted a few times. At which point I ran SpyBot again in Normal Mode and it came up clean. I also ran HouseCall again and it came up totally clean.

This morning I woke up and ran SPyBot again and it came up totally clean. I am about to run the TrendSecure online HouseCall scan again as well.

Hope this is all clear.

Deleted TROJ_VUNDO.AAN Trojan C:\VundoFix Backups\fcbcpfam.dll.bad
Trend is seeing backups from the Vundofix tool. Remove that tool completely from your computer. If we need it again, we will start fresh, the tool is updated very often.

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Those were dead lines left from the Vundo removal, I see no active realtime spyware program running with your antivirus and firewall unless Norton is supplying something I can't detect. You need to have one, if after reading the advice from experts you have questions, please post them.

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
